Since I was younger, Nana & I have always had a special bond and it is something I treasure every day. She is the most warm loving person and I love that she still has friendships that have lasted over an eternity. I am so proud of the work she does for others & the adaptability to the younger generation. I love seeing my friends faces when I tell them my Nana has an iphone…. and an ipad…. and a Facebook account!

There are so many memories where we have shared precious moments, Byron for my birthday, while living in Melbourne, the countless visits to the Gold Coast, visits to Melbourne when I was younger, a million talks on the phone and each time she would shower me with so much love and warmth… and food! I loved growing up and seeing the love her and pa had and the love she has for her family and friends. I am so grateful to have this amazing woman as my grandmother xx
